About the Project
Louisiana Dealer Services’ new headquarters is a two-story, 18,700-square-foot building that features offices, a training room, a breakroom, a kitchen, a boardroom, and an outdoor patio. The project included a 400-amp electrical service, a 250kw natural gas generator, LED lighting with a Leviton lighting control system with Sapphire Room Controllers, and a fire alarm system.
